dems thought that obamacare would be passed by the state of the union address. Fail. It ,like cap and tax. is supposed to be passed sometime in the future. The dems just don't know when. Many moderate dems see the writing on the wall and want bo to shelve cap and tax legislation. Once this happens the scam will unravel. If this is legislation is pushed back until after the 2010 midterms, it is unlikey ever to pass.
