Welcome Dallas,
Things are kinda a bit slow here on the weekend, so do not be discouraged by lack of replies. Feel free to jump in and get your feet wet, please do not feel the need to be an echo chamber, believe it or not some of the most interesting and lively debate is between ourselves.
 |

Welcome, Dallas. Is Big Lake in the Caribou range?

Yes, Big Lake is in the Cariboo (Cariboo the region is spelled like this because of an American Gold miner sent a misspelled letter back home.) on the Likely Highway. |

I lived in BC for almost 20 years before moving here to Ottawa in 2008. I don't think I drove through Big Lake but I saw the signs as I drove around Quesnel and Williams Lake doing touristy things...
