The telephone boycott of Wascana dental in Regina resumed on November 20, 2012 and - it continued through today - God bless the police - they have not interfered and - if there is a visit to come then - i will be prepared to go to court and defend my actions.

Amazingly, this time they STILL cannot block the Google Phone, i just wish i wasn't STILL begging for rights in Canada - that were ripped away A VERY LONG 10 years 8 months ago.

Pretty unfortunate that a Canadian is reduced to this - doesn't thrill me in the least.

Q: never give in, except to convictions of honour and good sense

R: that is why i do not give up - honor and good sense says not to - yet the other parties can hardly lay claim to and thus climb upon this conviction with 'honor and good sense' - as these ought to be impelling them to give up already...

God bless Google for them letting me use "Google Phone" for this boycott - it is quite obvious they have found a way to prevent their number from being blocked by Wascana dental - Google is in my opinion simply the top web based services provider on the web

It should be noted that on the point of 'telephone harassment' s. 372(3) of the Criminal Code uses specific language:

"Every one who, without lawful excuse and with intent to harass any person, makes or causes to be made repeated telephone calls to that person is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction."

A specific 'defense' wording is there for a reason. The language of the Code contemplates that there are times an individual might indeed have a "lawful excuse" to make "repeated telephone calls" to another individual.

I assert that, under these circumstances, one could reasonably argue having a "lawful excuse" to make "repeated telephone calls" - in connection to a boycott for a resolution of this outstanding and 'irregular' June 05, 2002 incident.

Further, the consideration of such a legitimate defense comes with application of mens rea, which is a legal concept surrounding 'state of mind' or in other-words 'intent'.

Of course, such so-called "repeated telephone calls" - as part of a boycott are not intended to "harass" - nor even to "alarm or annoy" her and/or her office!

Yes - I'm 40 years old today June 03, 2007 and I still have no rights having this implant in place and I have no recourse to have it dealt with - I know first hand how dirty the Liberals and the NDP really are!

Well here I find myself at yet another birthday/anniversary of this nightmare experience...funny how i still recall EVERY DETAIL - such as how the implant procedure almost happened - on my birthday!

When I was at that clinic on May 29th 2002 (for the extraction) I was given some antibiotics to bring an abscess down - before the extraction could proceed.

So in any event - they wanted to re-book me for June 03rd and I stated 'who goes to the dentist on their birthday, we'll have to pick another day' - at that point I was then re-booked for June 05th.

Having this in such close proximity to my birthday has always made for these unfortunate memories - not to mention - if it had of been on my birthday!!

So here it's... 9 years of No Rights in Socialist Canada. Somehow this year though I don't feel that the matter is as hopelessly unresolvable as in previous years.

This year I'm approaching the matter with a new radiologists' report AND an objective/authoritative letter from another doctor. So unlike previous years in this connection - I'm positioned correctly. I have clearly proven that there was 'metal hardware' - that isn't a dental apparatus - covertly implanted in my left maxillary.

So while I appear to be no closer to closure today than I was on June 05, 2002 - I most certainly am closer! I also have this discussion thread - with it's 39000+ views - to encourage me to press on.

How long can the responsible 'agency' keep their heads in the sand?

Of course I would remind them that if they were thinking to wait out the statute of limitations - they haven't properly considered s. 17 of the Saskatchewan Limitations Act.

So here it is again - my birthday today...followed by the 10th anniversary of the implant procedure in just two days...

Instead of being like previous years - this one is different...

Naturally, while I'm upset that this implant matter is still outstanding TEN years later - I have lots to be thankful for. Most of all - I have a 'real connection' - one that takes me 'away' from the stress of this matter...so instead of another picture of a gulag birthday - I will share this picture I took the other day:

That is how my birthday shall be spent today, that is how the TENTH anniversary of this implant shall be spent. Bitterness and anger are pointless and contaminating. No matter the injustice of it all - I have 'connected' to the realization that to 'hanker and lament' are to become entrapped within a vicious circle of endless anxiety.

I have faith in God - He is real. He has brought me this far and I fully believe that He shall bring closure soon. I also trust the governments of Saskatchewan and Canada in this connection. They shall do the right thing, it's in their nature!

Well i cannot fathom how this has gone on so long...

So 11 years ago this afternoon - June 05th 2002 - I was implanted at Cathedral Dental Center - in Regina - then under the ownership of Dr. and Mrs. Katz.

The implant procedure was performed by Dr. Alison Falconer,

I'm at a complete loss as to how this matter has gone on for what is now 11 years.

I have been fighting this at every step - for the last decade + and I just cannot understand how in Canada such a violation of rights could happen in the first place - what to mention going unresolved for over a decode.

People laughed at me - even after I had x-rays and a letter from a doctor - saying "SGI wouldn't do anything like that, why would they" - yet just this last few days we see that SGI has announced plans to place TRACKING DEVICES on motorcycles!!

Soon it will all vehicles!!!

Here we are - the slippery slope that leads to personal implants - like I have had for 11 years today!

People may leave their bikes and cars at home and go for a walk and - not be tracked - yet I cannot get away from the tracking [cellular listening] device - it goes where I go and the SGI department called "SIU is always watching and listening".

Does anyone appreciate the ACUTE level of violation I'm enduring - the loss of privacy and 'security of the the person'?

What hurts me the most is how the federal and provincial governments are long acting quite indifferent - if after this long - seemingly 'predisposed' to my charter of rights and freedoms predicament - a rights violation that is uniquely unparallelled in Canada's history.

Sometimes I want to jump off the bridge and escape this unending SGI nightmare - that actually began in July 1998...of course even feeling that makes me feel even more worthless. I wouldn't give my abusers the satisfaction of suicide. Nope they owe big time and they will be coughing up every dime of it soon enough.

The list of SGI's malfeasance's in this household - is BEWILDERINGLY EXTENSIVE....

SGI has announced plans to place TRACKING DEVICES on motorcycles:
