The telephone boycott of Wascana dental in Regina resumed on November 20, 2012 and - it continued through today - God bless the police - they have not interfered and - if there is a visit to come then - i will be prepared to go to court and defend my actions.

Amazingly, this time they STILL cannot block the Google Phone, i just wish i wasn't STILL begging for rights in Canada - that were ripped away A VERY LONG 10 years 8 months ago.

Pretty unfortunate that a Canadian is reduced to this - doesn't thrill me in the least.

"Never give in. Never give in. Never, never, never, never—in nothing, great or small, large or petty—never give in, except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force. Never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy." [Winston Churchill]

Q: never give in, except to convictions of honour and good sense

R: that is why i do not give up - honor and good sense says not to - yet the other parties can hardly lay claim to and thus climb upon this conviction with 'honor and good sense' - as these ought to be impelling them to give up already...

The Google-telephone boycott of Wascana dental in Regina continues - God bless the police - they have not interfered. How long can Dr. Falconer hold out now?

In just 25 days it'll be 11 years since this began!

God bless Google for them letting me use "Google Phone" for this boycott - it is quite obvious they have found a way to prevent their number from being blocked by Wascana dental - Google is in my opinion simply the top web based services provider on the web

It should be noted that on the point of 'telephone harassment' s. 372(3) of the Criminal Code uses specific language:

"Every one who, without lawful excuse and with intent to harass any person, makes or causes to be made repeated telephone calls to that person is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction."

A specific 'defense' wording is there for a reason. The language of the Code contemplates that there are times an individual might indeed have a "lawful excuse" to make "repeated telephone calls" to another individual.

I assert that, under these circumstances, one could reasonably argue having a "lawful excuse" to make "repeated telephone calls" - in connection to a boycott for a resolution of this outstanding and 'irregular' June 05, 2002 incident.

Further, the consideration of such a legitimate defense comes with application of mens rea, which is a legal concept surrounding 'state of mind' or in other-words 'intent'.

Of course, such so-called "repeated telephone calls" - as part of a boycott are not intended to "harass" - nor even to "alarm or annoy" her and/or her office!
