What I find so interesting about this story is that Dean Del Mastro won in 2008 by nearly 10,000 votes, and again in 2011 by about 15,000.
Why bother allegedly breaking the rules when winning was a forgone conclusion? |

It has nothing to do with winning or losing? Did he spend too much during the 2008 campaign and then try to cover it up. That is the question....
Were Elections Canada rules broken?.
Did the member file forged documents and then take steps to hide the truth about spending limits? |

| So far we have no proof or a verdict that he did any of that. His 2008 campaign financeing was cleared and signed off on by E.C. at the time, so why is this coming up now... |
