Some reports coming out that Hillier is endorsing Hudak...

Yep,
I am hearing the same thing.

Its just symbolic for the most part, but the thought is that Hudak needs to pass 4100 votes on ballot two or their may be trouble as it seems good portion of Elliott supporters have Klees as number two.

interesting i just got back from work so i'm just seeing this now . i'm surprised klees is in second and elliott third . not at all surprised hillier was fourth and now out of the race . it be really interesting to see how the second ballot results turn out and who gets dropped off , elliott could really be in trouble as i doubt many hillier suporters had her down as there number 2 choice .

They are going riding by riding right now,
Hudak is pretty safe,

Its between Klees and Elliott for the second spot.

Second Ballot Results:

Hudak: 4128
Klees: 3299
Elliott: 2902

Hudak does not breach 50%. One more ballot required.
Elliott gets dropped off the ballot.

Looks like about 2/3 of Hillier supporters selected Hudak number 2 with the rest split close to evenly between Elliott and Klees, and perhaps a small number made no #2 choice.

I guess the big question now is how the Elliott votes break down between Hudak and Klees ....... I don't have a clue how that will play out, so I will be anxiously waiting.

Basically, Klees needs to secure close to 70% of the Elliott Vote in order to win.
Whereas Hudak needs about 34%.

Nothing right now is definite. Hudak needs less votes to win but I don't know how Elliot voters think so its hard to predict. Klees has really shown his power and he has really been underestimated this campaign. Regardless of what happens, his career is just about to take off. However, I'd be surprised if Hudak doesn't take at least 50% of Elliot's voters for the easy win.

Speaking to a few Elliott folks on the floor.
It will be close, I think it may be 60 Klees, 40 Hudak

Enough for a Hudak Win

It was interesting to see Klees take most of the Toronto ridings!

Hudak not winning Toronto riding's may perhaps be the thing that makes me most comfortable with the fact that I voted for him.
