I don't think it's been banned yet. But I'm pretty sure you have to stand at least 5 feet away. :D

Nope... 2 metres, plus never in the presence of those under age 18.

Unless you are a gay or lesbian or work for the CBC. After all, Dalton is an equal opportunity premier!

I had a good friend working on the John Tory campaign but I live out in Calgary. Can anyone tell me what went wrong there and how Mr. Tory (love the name) lost? Any party insiders??

First, he's totally inept as a politician and as a leader. Second, he was very RED Tory. Remember, John Tory was Kim Campbell's campaign strategist (you know those Chretien face ads). He also ran for mayor of Toronto and lost to David Miller. He decided to have his policy platform based on funding religious schools against the advice of his own party. Then he gave up a safe seat to run in a Toronto riding against sitting cabinet minister for education. He lost that and the 2007 election. At the next leadership convention he received a tempid 66% support from his caucus. He waited 3 hours and decided that was enough for him to stay on. Then he held on for more than a year and a half without seat passed his self imposed deadline. He finally forced a female MP to step down so he could run in a by-election in a safe Conservative rural riding and he lost. Oh, and he was endorsed by the Toronto Star. So ya, pretty much sums up the guy.

You can't defeat the Liberal Party of Ontario with a Liberal Light PC leader.

I am relieved to see John 'the red' Tory go ... it is time to move on ... time to rebuild ... and time to bring Conservatism back to Ontario!

Tim Hudak is suppose to have half the Tory caucus there to support him.

The PCPO website has no mention of Randy Hillier. The website itself is a flipping joke.

I listened to his press conference yesterday, and I liked what he was proposing.

Yup... It's too bad he's got the reputation as being a loose cannon...

The irony that the new story is found within the Toronto Star in regards to Elliott...

I suspect she will have their endorsement
