I would like to see the following measures in the budget to help fight global cooling...

1. A tax on hybrid cars
2. Banning of compact fluorescent light bulbs
3. Free parking for cars left idling
4. Home insulation buy back program
5. Express lanes for single occupant vehicles
6. Warm the Earth Day
7. Carbonless tax

That's hilarious.
I took a break from reading the Libloggers 'your mother wears army boots' and 'your dog has fleas comments'.

We need a National Day Care system so Libloggers could be together.

This is actually possible. In case you have not seen the reports on this subject.

Yeah, they can be harmful if you're working for more than an hour with 30 cm of the bulb and have a skin condition...

I think the only thing more preposterous that thinking we could change the climate, is thinking we could change it back. Funny list though.
