Canadian Labour Congress chimes in with pro-coalition radio spot

Judging from the comments on our blogs and letters you get, it's hard to believe that there are those out there who support the Liberal-NDP-Bloc coalition. One such group is the Canadian Labour Congress who've put out a radio ad backing the move:
Canada is facing a global economic crisis. Canadians are worried about their jobs, their savings and their future. Right now, we need all of our political leaders to work together for the good of the economy and the country.
But Stephen Harper wants to put politics first. He has started a political campaign to divide Canadians and attack political leaders rather than work together for the good of the country. He has lost the support he needs to remain Prime Minister and even cancelled votes in Parliament to avoid defeat. He wants Canadians to speak out. We agree.
Interestingly enough the ad is being put together by the CLC and not one of the three parties in the new-fangled coalition, most likely because the recent election tapped those three parties dry. The Tories, on the other hand, still have some cash to throw around and have their anti-coalition ads here.
With every rally of support the coalition there has to be counter protests to meet them. So is Protest Warrior going to be a the pro Coalition rally? What days are these rallies going to occur> And if we ever get our majority along side the CBC should the Canadian Labour Congress be on the chop block?[/youtube]
