Usually in elections, the CPC tends to favour the upper class and business owners with corporate tax cuts and what not (GST cut didn't really make a big difference unless one is a heavy spender, meaning you're rich).
Do you think we should do more to promote Conservatism among the middle class? Maybe to encourage provinces to give working men and women incentives to find work or to lower the federal income tax altogether.
I think this would benefit our party, rather than just trickling down from the rich.
That is what we are targeting. The upper class is either ours or hard core Liberal. No votes to change their.
I think our best bet would be to go after the socially conservative ethnic communites that the Liberals now take for granted.
