Who's going to be there?

I am! :D So excited, I didn't get on the ball quick enough with registration (and it is pretty costly...$600), but I got confirmed for the Keynote Speech, on Thursday, November 13th.

Unofficially...it's going to be Harper!

btw, is dress code assumed to be suit and tie, and dress pants?

I'd assume the dress code is probably the same as Swiss Chalet's.

If the temperature is anything like it was at Harper's speech during election training session in TO, a bathing suit would be the best choice.

Since the Liberals had Al Gore at their convention we should invite Bobby Jindal to be at ours.

When I go to these things I usually bring a blazer with me because you can wear that on top of anything and look semi-formal.

Some of the hospitality suits might be a little fancier but usually it's pretty casual.

Some people wear suits, some people go buisiness casual, some people go with jeans and a t-shirt. Thankfully, no one wears some of the rediculous stuff you see at the American party conventions. My plan is to blind fellow delegates with my enormous belt buckle.

If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, blind them with belt buckles? That doesn't sound right, for some reason...
