I find that the site often does not recognize my password and it takes several attempts to log on.

The login retention time is set to one hour, I'll extend it to a day.

To take advantage of this (and to get rid of your login problems), delete all cookies from your browser (or just the one associated with this site if you've got surgical cookie extraction skills) and then reset your browser.

I've had some interesting issues that I suspect are cookie related - the forums act like I've logged out, then back in, causing me to lose track of which threads have new entries. Its fairly infrequent - any chance it might be connected to this problem?

What about logging in twice just to get on the board?

I have been unable to log in since last Tuesday night.

I still can not log in under my old account Crazymamma.Keeps telling me I do not have the proper password. I have asked for a new password and it tells me it has sent it to my e-mail but I never receive it.

I do not mean to be critical but who is the bright light that made the answer to the log in problems a thread that you had to be logged in to read? Most unhelpful and frustrating.

I didn't realize you had to be logged in to see this forum. I don't think the insult is warranted. If you were that frustrated you could have sent us an email.

I don't think the cookies should expire. They didn't used to.

Seems some threads FOR ME anyway I need to be logged on to read. Such was the case of the cannabis thread. I had assumed that this was done on purpose due to topic and possible privacy concerns?

I tried to e-mail once but that was also bounced back. I'm not sure why, perhaps my computer along with the little problem you have been having made a really bad combo? Maybe I need to send mine in for a bit of an overhaul.
