Good news for Ottawa fans on Thursday. Ottawa got a great start to the series, and played reasonably well. The game a bit more open than was comfortable, but as long as Ottawa is scoring more than the competition, things are good.

I'm expecting the big choke, but i'm hoping for more.

the game yesterday was pathetic, both ottawa and buffalo were playing horribly. at least i got to watch it in high def, on a nice projector. (so much better than a big screen, and costs less ;) )

Am I allowed to say in your face in the coffee room? Ottawa is up 3 games to none on the president's trophy winners.

Is this an example of "it's better to ask forgiveness than seek permission" in action? Just checking...

1-0 tonight.

Hate to say it but I am getting bored watching hockey. A buddy of mine loves the low scoring games and rants about the amazing saves. There are so many amazing saves now that the amazing save is an average save. I love hockey but the only time I watch any more is when my Leafs are playing. Which means I shut down in April. Thought i would give OOtawa a try but I'd rather watch basketball ball than 1-0 hockey.

War bigger nets!

I think Anaheim might be done. If they suspend Pronger for a game or two for that hit, then that opens the door for Detroit.

See... I like the low-scoring games...

I've found the recent trends of 5+ goals/game to be less interesting/entertaining.

I would rather have a 1-0 fight filled game, but I find the game has become too Europeanized cowering by force our hockey stars. What next banning body checks?
