If you want to help increase traffic to these forums AND provide some good dynamic content on your website you can do so by creating your own custom javascript feed of these forums (similar to the one on the front page of www.bloggingtories.ca)...

After filling our your desired fields press submit and it will generate some javascript for you to drop in your blog template.
