Remember the Red campaign? It cost $100 million in marketing and only raised $18 million.

It might not have raised much money but at least it made a lot of people feel good about themselves which is usually the point of these things anyway.

Wow. Even with Opera promoting it on her show it still did this bad!

I never did like the idea. Telling people that they can help poor Africans by buying more stuff is pretty pathetic in my opinion. It just goes to show that nothing beats plain, old-fashioned, Christian charity.
