Do you subscribe to any magazines? Are there any you read frequently? And who are your favorite and least favorite columnists?

I don't have any subscriptions, but I regularly read several political magazines, including Western Standard, Macleans, and Harper's. Western Standard provides a different perspective on Canadian issues than one typically finds in the Canadian media. It's refreshing to hear our politics discussed from a social conservative or pro-Western standpoint. Macleans on the other hand seems to have descended into a nasty, gossip-style tabloid. I read it more for the pictures of hot babes than for any news content. Harper's is a liberal-left publication from the States which is worth checking out for its thought-provoking and amusing Harper's Index.

I have a subscription for Macleans. Like you say, I "read" it more for the pictures of hot babes than anything else.

I usually read the Western Standard during lunch breaks when I can find a copy. But I don't have a subscription.

I get most of my news from the Internet these days. I had Fox News for a while, but since I moved to Alberta I haven't gotten it again.

The only magazine I subscribe to is Men's Health. haha, so not political.

I don't get newspapers, but I read the local free metro daily.

I like to get most of my news online and through the blogosphere.

Watch Fox News sometimes, and there's a great show on the military channel called "around the services", a news show on US military news, that I like to catch.

I pick up Western Standard when I can. I'm also a regular reader of FHM and Field and Stream.

I read too much... I subscribe to Popular Science, Men's Health, Saltscapes, Canadian Classics & Performance (car mag), Muscle & Fitness & Reader's Digest.

I also get the Vancouver Province (best cartoons even if it's a leftist rag) daily read from front to back. I also read far too much internet news, especially BBC, etc etc... and I go to bed at night with a sci-fi book or two.

Mens Health.
I'm a bit of a fitness nut and love to put my time in at the gym. This one seems to be pretty popular here.

Mens Vogue.
It's a lib scum cesspit on the article side, but my wife is into modeling and I like to look good for her. This one keeps me up to date on the new mens fashions and gives me some good social chatter.
