The truth about Our Child Protection System

Mary Ellen Turpel-Lafond saught to review MCFD of the Supreme Court judgment 2010 MCFD was found as to not fulfilling its basic mandate to protect children. MCFD simply remove children based on false allegations of abuse, and if abuse even occurred, or be attributed to the parents, MCFD is known as not bothering to first offer services that would address “concerns” as to avoid removals in the first place. Since Mary Ellen got this review I hope she kicks some MCFD ass! The judge said MCFD had to hand over the documents immediately wonder what MCFD is trying to hide since MCFD has put up such a fight.

When mcfd remove a child from their parents it is for profit any child protection concerns never confirmed, it means now mcfd have any child they can hold that child for profit. It is the corrupt business of MCFD. When MCFD removes a child families are targeted who are poor or vulnerable. There are hundreds upon hundreds of cases. There are the Baynes family from Surrey Bc look what happened to them and Derek Hoare who is fighting for the return of his daughter MCFD just refuses to return it is really sad and Lisa Arlin her child's dad comitted suicide when the couple was forced to adopt, and then 20 years later you find out the parent has documents which support the return of that child she had at the time of the removal the MCFD say she never had.
In a nut shell so many families go through this and children aren’t at risk or don't need to be removed the MCFD just removes them and retains them for profit.

Where MCFD removes a child intestinally for profit and those parents who are vulnerable poor or who are parents with disabilities and being low income dose not mean your children should be removed MCFD are ruthless vindictive and act unsparing to PARENTS AND THEIR RITGHTS in respect to their conduct and it has been proven so no longer just an allegation or so called scandal against MCFD where even in cases have been reported by the government children have died in care of MCFD abused or critically injured. and essentially tax payers dollars are paying for this sh*t and for MCFD to keep abusing children and it must be stopped.

Parents are being victimized by the system, and make a profit. Since a parent can expect a custody hearing to be up to four years your paying for it when reality is that case didn't have to be in court as long as it did see Baynes Family from Surrey Bc GO TO U Tube or CBC news.


MCFD get bonuses for not returning children and this is abuse of power and lack of accountability! It is unconstitutional even criminal parents are targeted by MCFD and parent suffer incredible anguish trying to fight the system aren't aware of their right and mcfd I with hold that information and act like parents have no right and just trample on them mcfd fabricate evidence to steal children how is any parent to fight? When any child is legally kidnapped and placed into care are again more likely to be abused than the home they were removed from.

More ever when children are in care parents get denied visits or forced never to see there child because they allegedly missed the parents have no protection against such corruption. When parents are given very limited access it is depriving them and chocking the very life from them as it did my father who committed suicide and will never have an opportunity to have a relationship with our son and as a fact most children don't come out of the system whole most of the homeless were raised in foster care. These are crimes against humanity and for financial gain right are being removed from parents my sons father was not permitted to see our son when I gave birth and i was told there was a social worker waiting who had the police remove my child dad and he was never considered in any decision just said our son was at risk in my care and completely removed his rights to visits with our son I had to see without his dad as he was not allowed because mcfd said allegations of assault conviction mcfd are just evil so what needs to be done?

Abolish confidentiality law saying can't disclose certain information about your child
Give parents their rights verbally or in writing
Jury should be included in hearing
An independent review specifically over site or audit
Federal hearing or since this is Canada house of commons
Legislative assembly
Protect parents rights human rights civil rights and religious rights make mcfd accountable
Abolish the good faith law liability which protects mcfd
Have a MLA or attorney investigate hundreds of hundreds of cases
where parents suffered injustice
Parents we need you to tell your story in order for this to happen

Ultimately how many children have to be critically injured abused or die in Care of the the Ministry for Children and Families be fore this government stops saying we are making changes and these are the changes we are going to make and just get on with it?
