A media curtain has descended over the Climategate aftermath, shielding the guilty and leaving the innocent prey. Here, they are excused for their crimes by a benevolent state ...

British journalists seem to be the only ones still covering the story.

Scientists broke the law by hiding climate change data: But legal loophole means they won't be prosecuted

Accused: Professor Phil Jones asked a colleague to delete emails relating to a report by the IPCC
Scientist at the heart of the 'Climategate' email scandal broke the law when they refused to give raw data to the public, the privacy watchdog has ruled.
The Information Commissioner's office said University of East Anglia researchers breached the Freedom of Information Act when handling requests from climate change sceptics.
But the scientists will escape prosecution because the offences took place more than six months ago.

I don't know. I guess criminal prosecutions are for 'criminals' ... not 'scientists' ... or Michael Bryant.

The eco-terrorists must be glad that such a prominent figure in the whole business of fascism has joined them in their effort to kill capitalism under the disguise of protecting the environment.

Can this be the same Alan A. was asking me not to panic?? How can someone with such financial cold blood start to run hot when confronted by a few pretentious enviro-revolutionaries?

I have come to think that the Copenhagen, etc. was about a lot more than the just the environment. Doesn't it seem to you that the environmental justification seems to have been stripped away, but the policies just keep being implemented anyway?

What's with that?
