So... has he made a serious attempt to annihilate the Taliban and track down live or dead bin Laden and the real brains al Zahawiri?

Conrad Black has read my weblog and has exchanged emails about topics. And so has Barbara Amiel. I never asked him about his incarceration and how he was progressing. But I did suggest he might stick with history and literature. He replied that he could write and still do business.
However... it didn't quite work out did it?
As bright as he is there are times he is either obtuse and/or more arrogant than the Americans could take. In Canada he wouldn't have been found guilty... perhaps our lax jurisprudence system has changed for white-collar crime because of him.
