Actually, what I mostly dislike is Lizzie May's presence there.

Why should the Greens get put alongside the four parties that actually have MPs in Parliament? What makes them any different than the other fringe parties out there?

This is blatant preferential treatment for Lizzie May and the Greens. They don't deserve this sort of publicity. Not yet, any way.

She's a woman. I think we forget that.

The Green Party under Jim Harris was a more credible and viable option for inclusion in national debates as their platform was well-rounded and Harris was well spoken... but that never happened. He was, after all, male and didn't worship at the Liberal altar.

The Green Party under Elizabeth May moved sharply to the left and May is a shrill harridan who never missed an opportunity to spit at Stephen Harper or to give Stephane Dion a tongue-bath... so she was included. Imagine that.

There is no question May used her gender to force entry but the MSM would likely have opened to her regardless based on her antipathy for PMSH and her adoration for Dion.

part of the argument for including her was due to the fact that they technically had an MP at the time (the Lib who switched over a few weeks before the election).

Now that they don`t have a seat, will they be in the debates...
