So Liberals are friendly to the U.S. when liberal Democrats like Clinton are in the White House or they control Congress, unfriendly when the conservative Republicans or George Bush are in charge. You don't suppose there's some "ideological" connection now do you? Yet the Liberals whine about the CPC being in bed "ideologically" with the Republicans, for trying to improve the frosty relations the Liberals induced with the U.S., to Canada's disadvantage. Dean is going to be meeting with the Liberals to give them tips on their U.S. experience in beating those" big bad Republicans" and how it might apply to the CPC here. Wankers!

That's because it is popular in Canada to hate the Republicans right now. Plain and simple. The Liberals will stoop to any new depth to try and win an election, everything from trying to make non-existent links between the GOP and CPC to suggesting Steven Harper eats babies.

Simply put, the Liberals disgust me.

All these dangerously right wing American speakers, that makes 3 now doesn't it? it appears that the American political party, the Democrats, are taking over the Liberals. This cannot stand. Anyone who votes Liberal in the next election is just a lap dog lackey of the US!

Soon the liberals will have American troops, in our cities... in Canada.
I'm not making this up.

We'll have to say goodbye to beer and popcorn weekends as the americans wrest control from Canadian hands.

I think this shows that Liberals simply parrot the talking points that their American political masters give them. Probably one of the reasons that they have fallen so far out of touch with the Canadian people.

The Liberals look to America for leadership. It is sad.

That's our difference with the Liberals. We are not pathetic and brainless like they are
