It appears Kinsella, who is now working for Count Iggy, has decided to try to SLAPP Ezra yet again. This time, it's because Ezra had the poor taste to publish excerpts from Justice Gomery's findings in the Sponsorship Scandal on his blog!! Read it for yourself...

Sad but true. Read Ezra's post on the subject. It appears Kinsella is worried any taint from the Sponsorship Scandal would negatively impact his employer, Count Iggy so Kinsella's suing Ezra to try to shut him up.

Like that isn't going to backfire... Gee, the smart thing to do would be to let this thing die off on its own, not throw more fuel on the fire. Idiot.
This will taint Count Iggy, as you call him, more than the actually quoting by Ezra, IMHO. |

I believe that Kinsella and Warman are trying to Provoke Ezra into a rage filled rant on his blog in order to discredit him....

Why doesn't Ezra just counter-sue? He could go after Bill Murray, I mean Kinsella, for abuse of process, harassment, etc. |
