Is this not the worst show CBC has ever shown. George S is a wannabe. He tries to act like the voice of the young "progressive" generation.
Last night he referred to those that question "man made climate change' as the other side.
I can't believe tax $$$ go towards giving this clown a platform.
What does everyone else think of George S? |

George is a prime example of why the CBC should be sold off...

How is he a wannabe? A wannabe of what?
George is okay, he's not the most interesting person to listen to but he knows a lot about music. Besides, without George there'd be no Air Farce skits |

| I can't believe they gave a Much Music washed up commentator a show on CBC. |

| George S is the biggest LOSER I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO OF NOT SEEN! He's the classic reason why there is corruption in this world, in real life he's not that sad, little careing man that he is on the hour, he's really a BAS__RD. He ranks up there with David S of people that I hate. |

Can you elaborate? I've heard a few interesting stories about Strombo thru some mutual acquaintances |

| I heard he only get about 90,000 viewers a night, yet he is still on the air. |

The few times I've watched him were enough to convince me to shut off the tv.

| I can't believe Clinton let George go. Or was it ABC let him go. I thought if he stayed in the States he would have tried for elected office one day like Dukakis. What the hell is Stephanopolous doing in Canada anyway. :? |

90,000? Is there a website with the TV ratings for CBC? I'd love to know how badly they suck. I'm sure if Canadians knew they demand their tax dollars back. |

It's George Stroumboulopoulos who hosts the hour. |

| I've tried to watch 'The Hour' before - never made it longer than five minutes. There's a combination of boredom, irrelevancy, and bias at work there that no other CBC program can match. |

It's the CBC... his sexuality likely played less of a role than his political convictions.
