If McCain wins the nomination it could be deja vu 1996. I think McCain is a honourable man, but he reminds me of a 70'ish Bob Dole running against a younger, hipper Clinton. Dole never represented th true base of the party, thats why Perot ran again in 96. The big question now is, will Uncle Ron run for prez and split the vote of the right?

He is about the only candidate who speaks his mind. From "agents of intollerance" to his support of the war in Iraq, he speaks his mind even if what he has to say in unpopular.

I really wish he had defeated Bush. We would be in much better shape now.
