I know, analysis is really interesting!

I see Bert Brown was officially introduced into the Senate!

Mr. Brown looks so happy and proud.

He has rallied all his life for a democratic Senate, and now he gets to become one and works for it in the Inside!

I know!! Having an elected senator move into the senate makes me very very happy! That reminds me just how much better things are under a Tory government than the Libs.

Did you guys catch Mike Duffy quoting Steven Taylor about how "Canada's new government" will simply be "Canada's Government" after today? Nice to see what a great and growingly influential community you've built here Steve (and Craig)!

I would guess:

CTV Newsnet
CBC Newsworld
CPAC

I am guessing the national networks will just air highlights on their local and national newscasts.

French my guess:

RDI

Wow! I enjoyed Ralph Goodale and the NDP lady fighting!

Peter Van Loan just sat their and let them argue!

The Tipping Theory blog I read is getting more and more accurate, the NDP is knocking the Liberals more and more to try to replace them in opposition.

I also was shocked...Dion is flip flopping, the analysis said he's going back and forth between supporting and opposing!

Anything could happen in the next week!

I would have liked to hear more about what's happening with that story. It's going to be interesting.

Goodale seemed to deny that Liberal members would be "sick" for the vote.

We'll see.

There are reports that Harper's throne speech will avoid "poison pill" promises that none of the opposition parties could accept, sources have told CTV News.

All the better if an election is the result. Harper is definitely staking out the reasonable ground, and letting everyone else fight over extreme positions. I mean, Layton was saying he would vote against it before pen was ever set to paper. What does that say about "making Parliament work"?

It tells me he won't be able to effectively use that slogan in the next election.

Too bad Harper couldn't have done the same with Michael Fortier. It would have given him a lot more credibility on the issue of an elected senate.
