Thanks for the invite Ruth. I read the posts on the topic and wow, those lads have really got themselves in a sad state. From what I've seen I don't believe they know their bible or care to. But I do admire your patients tho....

Why thank you.
A few people have finally joined in the conversation that view things as I do... the correct way ;-)
Please note that believing God wills your sin is NOT Calvinism. It's something else.

Here's the simple answer... I believe in BOTH. ;-)

It's easy really... both are taught in the Scriptures, therefore, both must be true.

Don't forget, we're sitting down here trying to figure it all out from our linear perspective. God resides outside of the concept of "time", since He's the one who created it in the first place.

Here's another thought to ponder... do you remember your highschool History classes, where the teacher made you draw a timeline, and then place various historical events on it?

God wrote the Timeline of Time.

Go wrap your head around that one. ;-)

I think God is totally aware of all possible outcomes of any given life. Every choice you make potentially changes your path irrevocably. He is constantly whispering to you to acknowledge him and go his way, he is also sadly prepared for you to never wake up and hear his voice.

Free will, the curse and blessed gift of mankind.
