No it does not. It has a large Shi'a community that includes many Syrians who had migrated for work and stayed. This Shi'a community in turn is largely supportive or direct members of a large network of militants, politicians and social services known as Hizbullah. In turn, Hizbullah receives a fair amount of direct aid from Iran. Although there are other groups involved, including those who believe that Lebanon is properly part of a Greater Syria. There are not that many Iranians in Lebanon, however.

But be specific with your criteria when trying to make a "list" and what you hope to describe with it. If you consider an Islamic Republic where no law can contradict Islam and attempts at conversion are illegal to "fit" then our troops are currently fighting for this Islamic Republic.
