Any thing that attracts more voters is good. We need to have a majority!

Sponsoring a car has not hurt any other big organization that has done it, why should it hurt the CPC? Don't know how effective it will be. People see Brembo on a car, and they want those fancy rotors and pads. They see a big C, does that make them more inclined to vote CPC? I don't think so, especially with no election looming. It does keep the brand out there, in people's minds though.

If the car wins some races, that will be better than 90 straight last place finishes.

Why should the CPC support a car but not tracks ?

For that matter why should we see sponsored by the "Government of Canada" logo's in any sports events, what's next the NHL is Sponsored by the Government of Canada, or perhaps the Prime Minister of Canada fires the GM of the Toronto Raptors over pro US comments?

Billiant Move you say' they fund race cars, buts are agianst race tracks ?

So you think the CPC should use its political donations to fund race tracks?!? Maybe you could ask your buddy Dion to use their donations for that purpose - oh wait, they don't get donations because nobody likes Dion.

It is one thing to argue that the government should subsidize race tracks - with all the poverty that exists that is a strange suggestion - but to suggest that a political party should really takes the cake.

Ture dat!...I don't like NASCAR or whatever it is up here, but I sure do think the party made a good choice in sponsoring a car...what about an airplane at an airshow?...a tall ship somewhere?...moving campaign signs...the way of the future!...forget signs on people's lawns...on their cars!

(It'll show people that we are moving and Dion is suck in the ground!)
