Anyone recall this piece from the CTV last year? A snippet...

Quote:
The websites listed at www.bloggingtories.ca have no official ties to the Conservative government.

But in recent weeks, the sites have run the same media talking points as those issued by senior officials in government.

And they have mounted fierce public-relations campaigns against government programs that later wound up being axed or downsized, including the Court Challenges Program -- a fund that paid for legal challenges that won new rights for women, minorities, the disabled, and gays and lesbians since the 1970s.

They also referenced us when Peter called Belinda a dog. I was one of the ones mentioned in the article.

from the sounds of it, I guess we stand firmly against rights for women, minorities, the disabled, and the LBGT community.

It's not surprising how many in the media choose to portray the CPC. Now that the Blogging Tories have become more influential some have directed the attacks at us.

Yes it's a compliment in a way now that the MSM we're worth a damn, we're gonna be attacked as well. Kind of a double edged sword.

Yeah I wear it like a badge but with it comes responsibility. I'm much more careful in my choice of words considering the extra attention. One only has to look at either McClelland or Cherniak to see what happens if you are not.
