There does seem to be some collusion with the Russians after all ...

FBI uncovered Russian bribery plot before Obama administration approved controversial nuclear deal with Moscow

Before the Obama administration approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews. (bolding added)

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.

They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow, sources told The Hill. (bolding added)

The racketeering scheme was conducted “with the consent of higher level officials” in Russia who “shared the proceeds” from the kickbacks, one agent declared in an affidavit years later.

Rather than bring immediate charges in 2010, however, the Department of Justice (DOJ) continued investigating the matter for nearly four more years, essentially leaving the American public and Congress in the dark about Russian nuclear corruption on U.S. soil during a period when the Obama administration made two major decisions benefiting Putin’s commercial nuclear ambitions. (bolding added)

The first decision occurred in October 2010, when the State Department and government agencies on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States unanimously approved the partial sale of Canadian mining company Uranium One to the Russian nuclear giant Rosatom, giving Moscow control of more than 20 percent of America’s uranium supply.

When this sale was used by Trump on the campaign trail last year, Hillary Clinton’s spokesman said she was not involved in the committee review and noted the State Department official who handled it said she “never intervened ... on any [Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States] matter.”

In 2011, the administration gave approval for Rosatom’s Tenex subsidiary to sell commercial uranium to U.S. nuclear power plants in a partnership with the United States Enrichment Corp. Before then, Tenex had been limited to selling U.S. nuclear power plants reprocessed uranium recovered from dismantled Soviet nuclear weapons under the 1990s Megatons to Megawatts peace program.

“The Russians were compromising American contractors in the nuclear industry with kickbacks and extortion threats, all of which raised legitimate national security concerns. And none of that evidence got aired before the Obama administration made those decisions,” a person who worked on the case told The Hill, speaking on condition of anonymity for fear of retribution by U.S. or Russian officials.

The Obama administration’s decision to approve Rosatom’s purchase of Uranium One has been a source of political controversy since 2015. [....]

This is good information, don't be disturbed because it's comes from Info Wars, a tabloid internet site.

It's an interview of Charles Ortel, a professional investigator who specializes in financial institutions. He has tried to find out about the Clinton Foundation for his own reasons. He has checked the document trail of the Clinton Foundation. You don't get to issue tax exemptions to people without having to submitting to some oversight.

In other words, despite the Alex Jones association, he probably has good information because he is reporting on a trail of documents.

The first six minutes are the overview, then a commercial, and at the 7 minute mark he comes back the specifics. Tune out when it bores you. You will catch the drift -- the Foundation is in violation all over the place, and investigators don't need special kid gloves because they're investigating an ex-President. The Clinton Foundation has, in many cases, simply refused to file the documents necessary to be a charity. In many cases, they just quit doing the paperwork and grabbed the money.

The investigator can't find where the money was spent but he has indications that it was NOT spent on AIDS in Haiti, the proclaimed purpose, or the earthquake drive later.
It's a crime called "charity fraud". Ortel calls it the largest on-going charity fraud in history!

But they didn't just pocket the money. The question is: where did the money go? This is the untold part of the story, about which there isn't even much speculation.

Most likely it served as a Hillary slush fund. The Clinton Foundation wasn't the only source of funding, but the money seems to have disappeared. Think on this -- the whole, huge Democrat Party could not come up with a better candidate than Hillary? We now know that she essentially financed the DNC, and controlled staffing and budget, so the whole primary farce was only for show. The debates, for instance, we scheduled at late times, or across from other attractions, so they wouldn't be seen.

How could this happen without all the powerful figures of the Democrats, even those with independent bases (in for example, unions or the big city 'machines') being tied up in unreturned favours and financial dependencies? -- not to mention the part that blackmail and such would play in such a world.

That's probably the sleaziest part of the whole operation.

The money might have been Hillary's, but it benefitted various other political figures as well. The sums involved could be astronomical. The Clinton Global Initiative solicited funds for Haiti, and took in $billions.

If everybody knew about Harvey Weinstein, are you going to tell me all the 'players' in 'inside' Washington didn't know about Hillary and the Clinton Foundation? Baloney. The truth is probably they just fit it into a spectrum of dubious funding sources in play. Washington is awash with foreign money, as well as big funds of domestic money.

It goes beyond that. You have to figure that some of the top Republicans got some of the benefits too, through, no doubt, elliptical arrangements that allow for deniability.

But the way Congress stood firm against the President in a bi-partisan way, and his agenda (which is far more popular than he is). Politicians would normally trim their sails to accommodate the political wind. Not this time. Why?

The American system assumes that all the interests in the land come to Congress where the legislatioh is hammered out. But if someone can pay off a whole party, the system fails. This is a video from Judicial Watch, the group 'that discovered the Clinton email server in the first place. (It wasn't Congress.)

Judicial Watch's investigator calls this a failure of governing instituions.

Of course the Democrats planned to win this election, and it would finally be covered up in the Clinton presidency. Instead, the party is using all its formidable resources to protect its members by blocking their exposure, if not something more nefarious. It's so bad that the Comey and Mueller might both be called as witnesses in an investigation of the Clinton Foundation.
