Do you think it's an important 'right' that you can obtain "the personal opinions or views of an individual employed by a government institution given in the course of employment" …as it relates to you?
So the Q.B. chambers hearing is just the day after tomorrow!
We're so looking forward to the court's denial of SHRC's noted application - when SHRC understands that our application shall proceed as filed - what shall be their position then?
They won't have grounds to appeal it - so then what?
The provincial goverment and SHRC are afraid of what our application is going to do to the status quo - as related to their consultations and deliberations [section 17 FOIPP] - without a doubt - that is the pandora's box for the government and it's departmental [adjudicative and discretionary] decision makers and their specious excuses - about how decisions are made in people's lives etc., and - not just that - this court order shall become applicable in most provinces...yup - SHRC is potentially going to get a great many other provincial public servants into trouble with these changes...which are based on a clear reading of the statutes!
I'm glad you haven't lost your sense of humour, Don!

 Yer right - I have to be able to laugh about that mess [noted by the URL] and - with a simple parody and irony - humor can be a way to garner attention to a serious matter - in this 'rip-off' pic i sort of contrast my feelings that real government may or may not exist - but - 'I want to believe' it does.
I'm looking to the authorities who are currently in the charge of our federal stewardship because I know that if there is anyone left to believe in - it has to be them.
The liberals only helped me to lose my faith in government and of course - it is the NDP socialist principles in action which have led to the situation which I'm enduring and thus any looking to the NDP and the liberals for 'redress' - is quite moot.
I have to know that after all is said and done the CPC doesn't suffer from the myriad of specious 'issues' which liberals do/did. I know that the CPC are intelligent enough to know that what I'm saying - can be verified and - that they shall not be disinclined to finding out and taking serious federal action as a result.
I recently was 'tested' with a digital/analogue RF scanner and - it detected the device!
Thanks for the nice comments on the pic!

I'm looking forward to the court's 'ruling on the noted situation' tomorrow morning and of course - I'll be reporting the results - right here - right after and - naturally - all court decisons etc., which shall later follow as a consequence!
So of course our readers may be looking for that 'update' - I'll provide it by tomorrow...
Okay so our noted application is proceeding and - only on the point of the government agency's consultations and deliberations - we have to file the other items within a seperate notice motion and - of course - we shall be doing that.
I'll have more to say when the current judge has completed this case...
Of course - I'm still waiting to see if I shall get any positve reply from the federal Conservative government regarding 'the issue' [as noted in the URL in the 'i want to believe' picture and - in my signature quote at the bottom of my postings] - I still hold out hope that they shall not ignore this serious issue and - I shall hear from someone - soon.
It should be considered:
The rights of the many are evidenced by an enforcement of the rights of the few or the one...
I'm glad you haven't lost your sense of humour, Don!

Well - it looks like the CPC don't care about MY RIGHTS either...
On behalf of the Right Honourable Stephen Harper, I would like to
acknowledge receipt of your e-mail.
While you may be assured that careful consideration has been given to
the situation you have described, the matter you have raised does not
fall within the jurisdiction of the federal government. You would be best
advised, therefore, to pursue your enquiries with the appropriate
provincial authority.
I regret that I am unable to provide you with a more favourable
response.
L.A. Lavell
Executive Correspondence Officer
for the Prime Minister's Office
Agent de correspondance
de la haute direction
pour le Cabinet du Premier ministre
______________________________
I was sent the exact same generic response [by this same person!] when i wrote to paul martin and that cretin before him! Is that the best one can expect from the feds these days?
I do not accept it and I would like to see the federal Conservative government not fail - where the liberals failed.
This LA Lavell knows full well when saying: "You would be best advised, therefore, to pursue your enquiries with the appropriate provincial authority." - that it is the provincial authorities which are responsible for this! Who is LA Lavell - is this person the one in control out there - like a crooked gate-keeper?
Here is something IMPORTANT from the website of the Prime Minister:
Bringing Accountability Back to Government
No aspect of responsible government is more fundamental than having the trust of citizens. Canadians' faith in the institutions and practices of government has been eroded. This new government trusts in the Canadian people, and its goal is that Canadians will once again trust in their government. It is time for accountability.
[...]
Effective checks and balances are important, but they are not enough. The trust of citizens must be earned every day. The Government will work to earn that trust.
So in that regard - where is this sense in my situation?
Why cannot it be understood just how severely my 'trust and faith in the institutions and practices of government' - has been "eroded" if not wiped out altogether?
It is quite sad to read these things and - to yet be - in this hapless position.

Well, I'm not sure that the Federal government has much that they can do in this at this point then. They certainly prefer to keep their noses out of the courts, particularly lower provincial courts.

No please don't misunderstand - I'm not asking the feds for help with the noted SHRC issue - the request to the feds has been [since PM "cretin"] and still is - about the noted June 5, 2002 implant procedure - an abuse/event that was forced on me - by provincial authorities.
The federal government most certainly has the authority to at least induce the RCMP to investigate the matter [under the federal justice department not the provincial justice department] and i would hope for them to then call for a public inquiry into the matter.
This has been clear in all my letters to the PMO - yet the PMO correspondence officer seems to have the power to dump people and their concerns - this person has been doing this since long before our current CPC federal government.
How long must the implant be in my sinus? Do they all think I'll just give up and go away?
It is a load of you know what if this lavell person thinks that any such replies [yes plural] is correct in these circumstances. If the Liberals had have listened to my pleas and acted - then - I wouldn't have to be asking the current federal government for this help. Screw the liberals! TRASH!
This noted 'correspondence officer' has been/is showing an unhealthy partiality and [in my opinion] - this person is so very obviously a liberal stooge - and now - working from within the CPC government! The CPC aught to beware of that 'correspondence officer'!
Why wouldn't Mr. Harper want his own choice of person there as 'correspondence officer' - the current 'correspondence officer' has been there since Jean Cretin [it's not spelled wrong by accident] and how long before that? If this person is supposed to be an impartial civil servant - then - clearly that is not the case in the least and - of course - the decisions of LA LAVELL cannot be taken as the decisions of the leaders of the federal government.
