Do you think it's an important 'right' that you can obtain "the personal opinions or views of an individual employed by a government institution given in the course of employment" …as it relates to you?

Hey it gets better!!

"Highly connected Tory lawyer represents Magnotta"

http://www.winnipegfreepress.c.....83835.html

Just see - even that evil f**k has a 'legal team' - headed by a Conservative!

Terrorists and cannibal killers get rights and lawyers - and what do I get? Nothing!

What was my 'bad'? Telling SGI's manager of personal injury that SGI was "acting like a pack of Jews" - just think - THAT is worse than what Khadr and Magnotta did!!

Cannot wrap my mind around how people like them get legal representation and I get a kick in the teeth....

This Canada Day, I again note that I don't have the same rights as everyone else - that the Constitution is [at best] just a bunch of well-meaning 'ideals' and the rule of law [that it applies to one and all] don't make me laugh. Good thing there is more to life than 'rights' LOL! Surely...this cannot be the face of the New Canada?

I really do wonder how the system has failed SO BADLY here!

Where is the 'legitimacy' of the government in all of this?

I've pleaded with the [current] federal and provincial governments over the years to address and deal fairly with this matter and - what is there to show for that?

Of course, there is NO question of my continued support of our federal and provincial governments - notwithstanding any of this. I pray to never see any Liberal or NDP government in Saskatchewan nor in Ottawa.

This matter is the evidence that Canada has lost something important...

Still waiting for the SYSTEM to do the right thing and deal with this matter. I guess I'm not foreign enough [the leading 'defendant' in this matter was/is an American] to have rights in Canada.

In any event - the views on this topic continue to increase at a steady rate - still the most viewed at 79684 - that IS a lot of views!

At some point - when enough people know about this entire matter - the government shall not be able to continue to ignore resolving it.

A tidbit from history...Tommy Douglas:

"Douglas graduated from Brandon College in 1930, and completed his Master's degree (M.A.) in Sociology from McMaster University in 1933. His thesis entitled The Problems of the Subnormal Family endorsed eugenics.[16] The thesis proposed a system that would have required couples seeking to marry to be certified as mentally and morally fit. Those deemed to be "subnormal" because of low intelligence, moral laxity or venereal disease would be sent to state farms or camps while those judged to be mentally defective or incurably diseased would be sterilized"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tommy_Douglas

So what do we have there?

Tommy Douglas advocated that 'Those deemed to be "subnormal" because of low intelligence, moral laxity...would be sent to state farms'

Give his namesake party a chance - one day they will do this!

Additionally:

"[T]he Bible is like a bull fiddle", he said, "you can play almost any tune you want on it."

Figure it out?

Something to consider for those responsible for this matter - ignoring it isn't causing it to be forgotten.... 82400+ views and counting.

I might as well accept that they won - the government will NEVER do the right thing for me! If there was even one leader with enough integrity to care - this matter would have been resolved years ago. They see me as a loser who cannot do anything to make justice happen and I guess it looks like they are correct! I'm tired and my spirit is entirely broken. What more can do? I hate this country and I hate myself for having hope for so long! Just see how so many left wing leaders and others can rally around UNNAMED OTHERS who have been abused by the state! I don't get a second glance. The implant will remain in my maxillary sinus till I die! Lucky me huh!

I posted that on September 13, 2010 - just see - here it is 2 years and 4 days later and STILL the UNNAMED OTHERS get state attention and what have I gotten?

Well here it is 125 months since I was covertly implanted on June 05, 2002 - I like how the views on this topic continue to increase daily - currently 89246!!

"If the servant of an establishment makes a mistake, the establishment takes responsibility for it. [...] The nyaya-sastra confirms: "If a servant makes an offense, the master is punishable." [A Second Chance, Ch. 22]

Of course, no one ever takes responsibility - where it's found to be government servants...
